Governor Bevin signed HB 40 this afternoon. Governor Matt Bevin said “This is an extraordinary opportunity. Kentucky will be better for it.”
Many of the bills supporters were present including representative Owens, and Senators Stivers and Westerfield, and Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes.
