The first week for Unconvicted has been a huge success. Already over one hundred Kentuckians have had their record assessed for potential expungements for felony and misdemeanor convictions. I’ve talked with people from all corners of the state, from Paducah to Perry County and Pineville to Pendleton. This law is a life changer and I’m just so happy to hear all the enthusiasm people have for the service. And I know there are more people out there with old charges they want expunged. If you have a friend that you think could benefit from my services, please let them know about Unconvicted. I hope to start shooting video content soon to explain the process. This site is just getting started, just like all of you with your new opportunities once your records are cleared.
